Thank you.  It is an honor to be running for recorder for the APA Assembly where I have enjoyed camaraderie, successes and challenges since shortly after completing my fellowship. Please take the time and look through this to know me, know my involvement in the APA, and my successes and activities that qualify me as a leader of the APA.

MY STORY

Who I Am

I am board certified in child & adolescent and general psychiatry and Chief Medical Officer of a 120 bed psychiatric hospital that serves all patients.  I have worked with the APA assembly since the 90s including as Area VII Rep and Dep Rep,  the AEC, the Metrics Committee Chair, and other committees.  My involvement in Wyoming medical organizations is extensive including President of the Wyoming Psychiatric Physicians Association and Wyoming Medical Society and state delegate to the AMA House of Delegate.  In these roles I have dealt with scope issues, tort reform, medical education, health legislation, domestic violence, child sexual abuse  and many other issues.
